I really "enjoyed" my experience with Wazamba . I've been playing here for several months now and am attracted by good promotions. On Friday, September 29, 2023, I decided to top up my account with 150 euros, receiving a 200% bonus. After a successful game I had about 1570 euros in my account. I decided to take it out. The next day I discovered that my account was blocked with the comment “The account was blocked at the request of the user due to gambling addiction.” What kind of joke is this? I didn’t ask for this! I contacted the chat, where I was told that the reason was indicated in the letter, which I never received. After that I wrote to the support service by e- mail , no response yet... I've already made conclusions before and everything was fine. Now they blocked me without my knowledge and they say that I asked, what the hell? I just want my money.
