Complaint against Moicasino.com

Hello. In mid-2021, I opened an account at Moicasino.com. I familiarized myself with the casino's terms and conditions, which stated that they have all the necessary permits and licenses for the entire EU. I live in Germany. I played at this casino, I'm not entirely sure, but I believe until mid-2023. In mid-2023, after a conversation with my friend, I learned that casinos wishing to operate in Germany must have a special internal license. There was no information about this in their terms and conditions. I was misled and deceived. In October 2023, I requested my personal data and transaction history (GDPR) from the casino for a period of approximately 2 years. Despite several emails I sent to them until today (almost six months later), I haven't received any requested information. I even wrote to the commission that issued them the license, but they didn't facilitate anything either. The commission should support the player, not the casino. I demanded a refund of the money I lost at the casino. After my request, four weeks passed, and the casino blocked access from German IP addresses. They keep insisting they operated legally, so I ask, if that's the case, why did they block access from Germany? They knew they broke the law or provided false information. If I had known that the casino is illegal in Germany, I wouldn't have opened an account with them. I'm asking for help in recovering my money. To confirm my statement, I have screenshots of all email correspondence with the casino. I apologize for the long text and any potential mistakes.
Sorry for the long answer, I was sick. I contacted the casino, they will not refund your money. We do not have this casino in the rating, I will write a review and add the casino to the blacklist. I understand that you have laws in Germany that limit betting and deposits, but no one forced you to play by force, you lost the money yourself. I am so sorry. If you can't control yourself, I recommend that you stop gambling money. Here is a good guide: https://casinosincanada.com/content/how-to-quit-playing-online-casino-step-by-step-guide/

Hello. Nobody forced me, but Moicasino cannot operate in Germany, and they knew it well. Why do they write falsehoods in their terms and conditions? When I demanded a refund, they blocked the website from German IPs. I don't think I need to explain how gambling addiction works. If they were operating legally, why did they pay me 10,000 euros? I lost over 100,000 euros, and of course, the casino won. Regards.
Hello friend) I am adding the casino to the blacklist for the reason that it has a reduced RTP, it is generally difficult to win at this casino... In our ranking, 30 percent of casinos accept players fr om Germany without a license... Should I add everyone to the blacklist? And wh ere can Canadian players play?) or players from Australia... https://casinosincanada.com/casinos/moicasino/#rtp_blocks
