Casumo Marketers Go All In on Love, Care and Hope – Rather Not!
In a surprising twist, Casumo has completed its most extensive rebranding effort, but many are left scratching their heads. The new core values—"Aspiration, Faith, and Care"—seem more fitting for a charity than an online casino. You’d think their marketing team just came from a church!
Casumo, once a top-tier casino, claims these values reflect their commitment to "pushing boundaries" and "caring about challenges." But with reduced RTP rates across providers and customer support still insisting the RTP is 96%, it feels more like a smokescreen than an actual rebrand.
In collaboration with Snask, an international design agency, Casumo rolled out new colors and a distinctive look. Nikola Jellačić, Casumo's Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized how they wanted to stand out, even if their aesthetic was imitated.
But honestly, with a rebrand focused on "faith" and "care," perhaps Casumo’s marketing team should've stayed in the charity business. Players aren’t buying the "new values" when RTPs drop, and the casino's former glory fades.
Casumo, stop with the marketing gimmicks and start giving your players what they actually care about!

WaifuKnifu Damn, if they really pay 10% without hidden fees, this is a cool topic for developers!

FroggiAshhh If Saka goes off today, no amount of ball-passing will save PSG. It's all or nothing!

Snask did a great job on the visuals, but no amount of design can hide the fact that Casumo’s gaming experience is heading downhill. Bring back the real values: fairness and fun!
I used to trust Casumo, but after this rebranding nonsense and lower RTPs, I’m starting to think they’re more about faith than fairness.
They talk about ‘pushing boundaries’—yeah, pushing players out with worse odds and flashy distractions. Miss the old Casumo that actually delivered value.
Aspiration, Faith, and Care? What’s next, a prayer before every spin? Casumo, you’ve officially lost the plot!
Casumo used to be my go-to casino, but this rebrand feels like a joke. They can paint it any color they want, but if the RTP is still dropping, who cares about ‘faith’?
