Cascades Casino Kamloops are without a doubt the casinos in North America that take the most money. On the no-payout machines there, you'll lose all of your money in a flash. Indeed, the decor is decent, but the glitz and boisterous live music are designed to divert your attention while they empty your pockets.
There was no music, and the dining room was really disappointing. It felt dim and packed, essentially consisting of seats that were sucking people's money into machines.
Since I haven't been here in a while, I'm guessing it will be a while longer. I am familiar with Covid, but there didn't seem to be a way for turning machines on and off. People are passing you directly as you work on construction, no six feet there.
Of course 1 casino cannot be compared to Las Vegas but the structure is very good. It has a concert hall and very good restaurants. If you intend to go several days, it's worth making the points card to accumulate points and receive discounts or credits for playing. Just submit a document to Guest Relations. Downside: the day I went, I was instructed to stop the car at the back of the parking lot. Had to walk a 2 parking lots to get to the bus stop. The return was worse because it was raining and I had to run in the rain, from the point to the car. Arriving soaked.
Super modern and very big casino. There are games for all tastes, such as slot machines, roulette, poker, etc. There are also some restaurants, spaces for shows. Admission is free, as are soft drinks and coffees. In my case, I spent only a few dollars that I set aside for this, which I lost in moments. But it was worth watching the musical show.
