The room was tidy. Hot tub and pool were wonderful. We had to visit the front desk four times since our key cards wouldn't open the door. Only after running the water for a long time did we get any hot water. The front desk personnel wasn't unkind, but they didn't seem to care.
Very nice place and very clean and all mode are courteous .. there are 2 restaurants .. and many slot machine (poker) .
The Valley View restaurant at Gray Rock Casino serves the best steak in the area. The sevice and the ambience is amazing.
