Support answered fast but didn’t really solve my issue the first time. I had a withdrawal split because of the limit and asked why I couldn’t just take the full amount in one go. The reply was polite, sure, but basically just repeated the limits. Then I had to wait through the pending time again and it felt like the whole thing dragged for no reason. I’m not saying they didn’t pay. They did. But if you win anything bigger than a small cashout, be ready for chunks, waiting, more messages, and checking the cashier every day. That part killed the mood for me.
