Deposited 50 by card, money left my account, the casino balance stayed at zero. raised it straight away with the bank statement showing it went to them. support kept saying they have no record of the transaction and there's nothing they can do, basically told me to take it up with my bank. bank confirmed it cleared to the merchant. been a week of being bounced back and forth and I'm just out the money with a balance that never showed. apt name, felt robbed. avoid this lot
