avoid if you care about getting answers. opened a complaint about a missing free spin batch from the welcome offer, got bounced from chat to email, then nothing for 9 days, then a one line response telling me to resubmit. their TandC says you have 14 days to file a complaint which is insane. closed my account, took my balance out fine but wont be back

honestly the rtp feels off. played the same pragmatic slots I play on two other casinos and the hit rate here is just worse, like noticeably. could be variance but I lost 300 in like 25 minutes on titles I usually break even on. no published rtp anywhere in game info either so no way to actually check what build their running. game library is big but if its all reduced rtp builds whats the point. neutral on everything else, support was polite, payments worked the once I tried, just not winning here.
