Support answered fast, but fast replies are not the same as solving anything. My question was about a stablecoin withdrawal and whether I could cancel it without messing up the bonus balance. First agent said yes, second said maybe, third told me to wait for payments team. That is exactly the kind of thing that makes me nervous with newer offshore sites. I am not saying every player will have a problem. Some people probably cash out fine. But if you run one wallet for sports, casino, bonuses and crypto, the support answers need to be precise. Mine were not. I cashed what I could and left the rest alone because I didnt trust the explanation.
