Visa deposit went through, withdrawal was another story. They asked for documents, then another photo, then waited again. I did get an answer eventually but it was slow and kinda generic. Would not use card here again, crypto seems like the point of the site.

Look, the casino is not unusable, but the withdrawal limit and pending time are not what I want after a bigger hit. My cashout got split and support gave copy paste answers. No yelling, no scam claim from me, just saying there are calmer places to play if you hate waiting.
