KYC took longer than expected and they asked for another copy of my card statement after I already sent ID. The upload link worked, so that part was okay, but the waiting was annoying. Nothing crazy happened, just slow and not very reassuring when money is stuck.

Honestly disappointed. site is in french supposedly but most of the help articles are missing or routed back to english, the chat said hi in french then immediately switched, and ive been waiting 3 days on an email about a duplicate withdrawal request that the system created when i clicked refresh. ZERO progress on it, just polite stalling, told me twice they care about my experience and then nothing. tried calling there is no phone. tried whatsapp there is no whatsapp. just chat that loops me back to the same email queue. won 600 last week and now i cant tell if any of it is actually coming. update: got a partial reply 4 days in saying the duplicate would be cancelled, still waiting on the actual money. for a casino marketed as bilingual this is rough.
