Avoid if you care about responsible gambling tools. I asked for a 7 day cool off through chat because I felt I was playing too much, expected the account to be locked for a week and reopen. instead they just closed the account permanently and said I could "open a new one when ready". thats not a cool off thats a ban. I had 140 in my balance which I had to fight to get back via email over 4 days, finally got it but the whole experience was awful. their terms say cool off is available but theres literally no button for it in your account, you have to email and hope for the best. for a casino marketing itself as fair this is a serious red flag, the entire point of a cool off is that its temporary and self serve. went elsewhere after this and wont be back.
