KYC was the worst part for me. Uploaded ID, then they wanted address proof, then another bank screenshot, then silence for a day. I get that casinos need docs, no issue there, but the order felt backwards. They take deposits quick and then suddenly every small detail matters when you want money out. I ended up getting my account checked, but by then the whole thing felt too stressful. Also the bonus balance rules were confusing on mobile, had to open the desktop site to read it better. Not saying every player will get the same problem, but I would not keep a big balance here. take screenshots of everything before u play.
