A classic predatory casino that will refuse to reopen your account after you request a timeout period. They offer resposible gaming tools and beat their chest in their T&C's of how they are a big supporters of responsible gaming but if you dare to use those tools, they will just throw you into trash. Nothing but hypocrits and I guess I am better off in this case.

Bad experience! The whole website glitches, uploading documents was hassle as well but the last straw was when after hours of playing with bonus, there was zero wagering progress!! Seriously??! An utter disaster! Not a casino I will trust, never again! Asked the chat to delete my account and he just tried stalling, asking me to state reasons first. Excuse me?? You have been dealing with me the whole time as I was forced to chat with you several times due to constant issues and I even just told you that there is no wager progress at all showing and you still have the audacity to ask me to state my reasons?? Unbeleavable....Closed the chat and wrote to their support. Will they not respect my request to delete the account, I will escalate complaints to third parties!

Terrible casino run by an incompetent and careless man. My deposit was not credited to my player account and despite reporting it, no one has bothered to fix it even the next day! I don't think anyone deposits to be playing in maybe few days?? This is still a new casino that barely has any customers so there is no excuse to leave such issue pending that long unless the casino is very busy. This is just pure carlesness and totally unacceptable! I requested a refund and termination of my account as I refuse to spend one more cent of my money in a casino that provides such a bad service and does not care about their customers. If they will continue their sloppy attitude, I will dispute the transaction with Revolut and also file a complaint with their main office and/or regulator. It was not too much money but that doesn't make it OK and any potential players should be aware. I do not recommend this casino.

BEWARE!! I have registered in this casino and claimed the first deposit bonus. Upon proceeding to play the games I was shocked that 99% of the games and in all providers, were restricted/ locked from bonus wagering. According to their T&C's, the only restricted games on bonus wagering are table games and all games from "3 Oaks" provider. This casino does not follow their bonus T&C's, advertising falsely and delivering incomplete product. Their chat support gave me a long run around, trying to blame it on VPN issues and games not available in my country which is a lie. Country restriction pop up is different than pop up saying game blocked due to active bonus - they think I am stupid...And I never had such problem anywhere else! Despite them saying they will escalate it further including a refund if not corrected, nobody ever got back to me. I was left with 2400 euro wager on just 108 games out of over 3000 ( many of them with min.bet of 0.50 or 1 euro- surprise, surprise!), that should have been available. Of course I lost, (that was the point)and deleted my account. But at least I will share this terrible experience everywhere I can to make people aware of their crooked ways! Stay well away! You have been warned. I wish I could post all the screenshots I have ss a proof...

I used the responsible gaming tools as it is a normal thing to do to gamle responsibly, just two weeks timeout. And guess what? After 2 weeks passed I asked to reopen as per live chat support's instructions and they refused to reopen it just out of spite. This casino has grudge on players who want to gamble responsibly, which tells you a lot about them. Low level casino.

I only give 2 stars coz I had a good playtime here but it was unfortunately outweighted by lots of other issues. Here is a copy paste of my reply to the chat agent why I asked to delete my account, so that you have an idea: Well, lots of reasons. Constant issues I faced since registering that made me doubt if I trust your casino, even after reporting a problem with wagering progress not updating, nobody fr om email support got back to me as promised, just magically suddenly the wager worked again, free spins not added automatically upon second deposit, my real balance being sucked into bonus balance when it shouldn't be, games forbidden to play with bonus funds available to play when they should be blocked, but mainly the responsible gaming section wh ere I can just remove my set limit easy- peasy within 24 hours Thats an absolute no-go for me.

I have to share I just experienced the same issue with this so called casino as few people mentioned already on Trustpilot. I was also kicked out of the chat and the chat window also disappeared . Changed my wifi and surprise, surprise! It worked! But guess what? They did it again as soon as they found out it is me. I was trying to ask them to delete my account and this is their way! Absolutely unacceptable! I requested it at the end by email but seeing their crooked behaviour, I expect being ignored. In any case, this was enough for me to never deposit there again and forget they even exist as I despise such behaviour and will never tolerate it! And non of this was needed, had they responsible gaming tools properly in place. I honestly don't know what they think they will achieve this way long term...
