right, fair warning about Hugo. my problem wasn't even a withdrawal, it was worse in a way. deposited 60 on a saturday night, the page hung, and the money left my bank but never showed up in my account. sent screenshots, the bank reference, everything. their support, and i use that word loosely, kept telling me wait 24 hours, then 72, then it turned into contact your bank not us. three weeks on and still nothing, I'm just out 60 quid for literally nothing, never even got to play it. not a fortune i know but its the principle, they couldn't care less once there's an error in their favour. the little goblin mascot can do one. ended up raising it with my bank instead
