This one actually worries me. after a heavy losing streak i asked support to set a deposit limit and maybe a cooling off period, you know, the responsible gambling stuff every site is supposed to have. they fobbed me off, said i could do it myself in settings where the option was buried and barely worked, and meanwhile the promo emails offering me reload bonuses kept right on coming, even more of them. a site that ignores a player asking for limits and then dangles bonuses at them is doing real harm. payouts themselves were ok, paid out around 150 fine, but the duty of care is non existent. two stars and a warning

creepy theme is fun but the cashout experience is the real horror
