been a recognisable name for years so i trusted it, deposited and played no problem, the issue was getting money out. tried to withdraw around 350 and it kept coming back declined by the payment processor, no real explanation. tried a different method, declined again. support just kept telling me to try again later or use crypto, which id rather not. went round this loop for over a week, my balance just sitting there taunting me. a casino this old should have sorted out reliable cashouts by now. depositing was instant of course, funny that. one star, getting paid is the whole point
