Look, the cashout process annoyed me badly. They asked for documents after I won, then chat gave copy paste answers for two days. Maybe normal for offshore casinos but it felt like stalling to me. Also the CA$150 minimum is ridiculous if you deposit small. I ended up getting paid eventually, but the stress wasnt worth it. FIX THE WITHDRAWAL MESSAGES, seriously!!
