Look, I get that new casinos need checks, but this was ridiculous. Deposit went in instantly, of course. Withdrawal did not. Live chat kept giving the same answer about waiting on the finance team, then compliance, then "please be patient." I had already sent ID and proof of address. After a week I cancelled part of it and played it down, which was stupid, but also exactly what these long pending waits make people do. Maybe someone else gets paid fast. I didnt. Not touching it again unless they fix the withdrawal side.
