KYC was the rough part for me. They asked for ID, then proof of address, then another card screenshot even though I had already uploaded what they asked for. Maybe normal for offshore casinos, idk, but it felt like they were stretching it. I had a CA$300-ish withdrawal waiting and the pending timer kept making me nervous because the cancel button is right there. I eventually got verified, but by that point I was already irritated. The games are fine, the document process is not.
