Damn, I read this and it seriously set me off. Everything is laid out exactly as it is. Yesterday I messaged the manager: "Where is my bonus? I dropped 10 grand in a week." And he sends back some templated bullshit about "our algorithms automatically calculate rewards depending on your luck." To hell with that kind of loyalty.
