support closed my cool-off request without arguing, which I respect. I had a rough weekend and asked for a break instead of chasing it. They replied by email and the account was locked. Thats the one thing I always check now before playing anywhere, because limits and breaks matter more than another reload bonus.

Support live chat is in english only which is fine for me, agents are polite, response under 5 mins both times i tested. the actual problem is they cant DO anything, every escalation just becomes wait wait wait. front end is friendly back end is broken. ok casino, would not deposit big
