In Little Gem you win when at least 3 identical symbols land next to each other on a payline. On the sides of the playing field you can see exactly where which payline is. These are active anyway, you do not have to bet on them separately before you start your round.

The dual reel symbol in Little Gem is the Wild. This symbol not only pays out the highest value if you land 3 of them on a payline, but also substitutes for every paying symbol in the game. The Wild can land anywhere in the field.

The other 2 special symbols are the silver and bronze coins. If you land 3 silver or bronze coins on the middle reel, you trigger the Hold & Respin feature. When the feature starts, these coins remain in place and all other symbols disappear from the field and you are awarded 4 respins.
During the Hold & Respin, only coins and empty spaces land in the field. Every time a coin lands in your field, the respins counter resets to 4 and the value of all special symbols in the field is recorded.
There may also be special Diamond Money symbols on reels 1 and 3 with a value between 100 and 500 times the stake. The feature stops when there are no more respins left.
