The base game uses 5 reels, 4 rows and 14 fixed paylines. Wins pay left to right from the first reel, with 3 to 5 matching symbols needed on an active line. The low symbols are the numbered tiles 1, 6, 8, 12 and 43, and all five-of-a-kind low-symbol wins pay 1x. Premiums move through piston and engine-style icons up to the two car symbols, paying from 2x to 5x for five on a line. The Wild can also pay up to 5x and substitutes for regular symbols. Without Nitro activity, the base game is thin. Its purpose is to create enough near-traffic for Burnout Mode to matter.

Burnout Mode starts whenever at least one Nitro symbol lands. The game adds at least 5 Nudges to the Nitrous Bar, places 5 random Wilds, and may add up to 3 position multipliers on random grid spots. Those multipliers are 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x. If more than one applies to the same winning line, the values add together before the payout is calculated. After the first win check, each Nudge shifts regular symbols down by one position and brings new symbols in from above. Wilds and position multipliers stay locked while the sequence runs. The Nitrous Bar can hold up to 10 Nudges in the base game, and new Nitro symbols can refill it. That is the hook: one trigger can turn a dead-looking spin into several evaluations.

The free spins structure has three scatter gates. Three FS Scatters trigger the Seoul Bonus with 8 free spins and a higher chance of Nitro symbols. Four FS Scatters trigger the Tokyo Bonus, also with 8 free spins, but this version adds a global multiplier beside the reels. Five FS Scatters trigger the Fukushima Hidden Epic Bonus. It is not a longer free spins round. It is one enhanced spin with a Super Nitrous Bar, one guaranteed Nitro symbol and an immediate award of 10 to 20 Nudges. The key difference is storage: the Super Nitrous Bar has no listed cap, so the sequence can keep going as long as more Nitro symbols land and refuel it. That structure explains the 15,000x ceiling better than the ordinary Seoul round does. It also explains the problem. The best version of the game sits behind the rarest scatter outcome, so most sessions will judge the slot by Burnout chains and Tokyo, not by Fukushima.
