The base game uses a 5x4 grid with 1,024 starting ways to win. That number is only the floor, because the whole design is built around symbols changing what they count as after they land. There are no wild symbols doing the usual rescue work. Instead, the pay structure depends on farmers and sheep with matching background colours. Low-value symbols are the dead weight; the real tension is whether matching farmer-and-sheep pairs land close enough to merge. That makes the base game more readable than it sounds. You are not just waiting for bonus symbols. You are watching colour pairs, adjacency and whether the next spin has enough structure to become something larger.

The Sheeple Merge is the core mechanic. When a farmer symbol lands directly beside its colour-matched sheep, horizontally or vertically, the two symbols merge into one larger combined symbol. That merged symbol can connect with both matching farmer symbols and matching sheep symbols, which expands the useful symbol pool for ways evaluation. The clever part is the split response. When a merge happens, corresponding symbols elsewhere on the grid split and count as multiple symbols in their own positions. If the same type merges more than once in the same spin, that split count increases again. A second layer exists through Mega Sheeple symbols: when different merged symbols connect in eligible feature states, they can form a four-position symbol matching both parent types.

Two Broken Heart symbols trigger six free spins, but their position changes the quality of the feature. When the two symbols land non-adjacent, the regular Bonus begins with low-value symbols heavily reduced. That gives the merge system more room to work, and Mega Sheeple formation is reported at 68% when eligible. When the Broken Hearts land adjacent, the Super Bonus starts instead. It still gives six free spins, but low-value symbols are removed completely and Mega Sheeple formation is guaranteed whenever the condition is met. The round has one weakness: there is no persistent meter or multiplier carrying tension from spin to spin. Each merge event can be dramatic, but the bonus resets its pressure too often.

Barn Buster is the base-game event that keeps ordinary spins from feeling disposable. It can trigger randomly and removes the low-value symbols from the grid, which sharply raises the chance of colour-matched farmer-and-sheep adjacencies. In that state, Mega Sheeple formation is guaranteed when eligible, instead of being held back by the standard base-game restriction. The idea is strong because it uses the same grammar as the main mechanic rather than bolting on a separate mini-game. A normal spin suddenly becomes a premium setup spin, and the player can understand why without reading a wall of rules.

The lowest listed stake converts to about CA$0.16. Public listings disagree on the top stake, with figures converting to roughly CA$32.20 and CA$80.60, so the in-game stake menu is the final check. The Store is not a simple one-button buy. One current rules capture lists Barn Buster at 13x stake, the regular Bonus at 74x and the Super Bonus at 523x.
