How the base game plays
The game uses a 6-reel, 6-row grid with 46,656 ways to win, paid from left to right. The panel starts partly blocked. Winning symbols disappear, blockers touching those winning positions are removed vertically or horizontally, and new symbols fall into the gaps until no further win lands. Wilds substitute for regular symbols but not Scatters.
The paytable is modest. The four low potion symbols pay 0.40x for six of a kind. The better symbols pay from 0.80x to 2x for six, with only the highest winning combination paid. That means the base game is not built around raw symbol value. It needs cascades, cleared blockers and collected modifiers to do anything serious.
How the Transformation Feature mechanic works
The main trick is hidden inside the blocked grid. Atom symbols and Syringe symbols matter only when the board opens enough to activate them. An Atom increases the current multiplier by +1, starting from x1. In the base game, that multiplier resets after the round, so a good chain still has to cash before the spin dies. Syringes are collected in a counter outside the reels. Up to three can be collected in one round. When the cascade sequence ends, each Syringe chooses four random symbols and turns them into the same symbol type. In the best case, that creates another win and extends the round. In the worst case, it tidies the grid without paying much. The mechanic is clever, but not generous by default.
The free spins round
Three Scatter symbols trigger 7 free spins. Each extra Scatter adds 1 more spin. The round keeps the same basic 6x6 cascade structure, but the multiplier becomes more important because it carries over from the triggering round and does not reset between free spins. Every activated Atom still adds +1. Coins are removed from the equation during free spins, so the Bonus Game cannot trigger inside the round. That keeps the feature cleaner, but it also makes free spins feel narrower than the base game. The best route is a strong inherited multiplier followed by several Atom activations and useful Syringe transformations. Without that, 7 spins can pass quickly and look flatter than the setup suggests.
How the Bonus Game feature works
Coins collected in the base game have no direct value there, but they can randomly trigger the Bonus Game. The round starts with 3 spins on a 5x5 panel where only Coins and Atom multiplier symbols can land. Coin values run from 1x to 100x. Row and reel multipliers appear at x2, x5 and x10. When a Coin lands, it sticks, applies the relevant row and reel multipliers, and resets the spin counter to 3. An Atom doubles the multiplier for its row and reel, but it does not reset the spin counter. The round ends when spins run out or the panel fills. This is the better bonus mode: clearer, punchier and less dependent on a long cascade chain.
Bet limits, Ante Bet and Bonus Buy
Converted at the May 2, 2026 mid-market rate, the reported bet range works out to about CA$0.16 to CA$159.29 per spin. Golden Bet raises the current stake to 1.5x and doubles the chance of triggering free spins, so a CA$0.16 spin becomes about CA$0.24. There are two buys. Free spins cost 50x stake and award 8 spins, so the minimum buy is about CA$8.00. The Bonus Game costs 60x stake, starts with 3 respins and begins around CA$9.60. Check the in-game info screen before playing, especially for reduced RTP versions.

Worth trying if you like volatile cascade games with several counters running at once. The Bonus Game is the strongest part, and the Syringe transformation idea gives the base game more texture than a plain tumble slot. The problem is that the paytable needs too much assistance, and the 91% RTP version is not player-friendly. Best for players who enjoy Peter & Sons' busier math models and are willing to skip any operator running a reduced build.
- The 6x6 blocked-grid setup gives cascades a real job beyond simply replacing winning symbols.
- The Bonus Game has clear 5x5 rules, 3 initial spins, sticky Coins and Coin values up to 100x.
- Golden Bet states its trade-off plainly: 1.5x stake for double the free-spins trigger chance.
- The 10,000x cap is meaningful without pushing the game into cartoonishly rare 50,000x territory.
- The lower RTP builds at 94% and 91% are poor value beside the 96.26% version.
- The base paytable is weak, with low symbols paying only 0.40x for six of a kind.
- Free spins can feel undercooked because Coins are disabled and the round leans heavily on Atom growth.

FAQ
It is the cleaner of the two. Free spins rely on a carried multiplier, Atom symbols and useful transformations. The Bonus Game gives a more direct setup: 3 spins, a 5x5 grid, sticky Coins, row multipliers and reel multipliers. That makes the risk easier to understand.
Only if your goal is to reach free spins faster and you accept the higher spin cost. Golden Bet raises every stake to 1.5x and doubles the trigger chance for free spins. It does not improve the paytable or guarantee a better bonus result.
Check the RTP in the real-money game info screen. The best reported version is 96.26%, but lower 94% and 91% versions are also listed by sources. The reels may look identical across versions, so the info screen matters more than the demo.
Peter & Sons content has been launched in Ontario through licensed operator partnerships, including SkillOnNet-powered brands. That does not guarantee every new title appears at every Ontario casino on day one. Availability still depends on each operator's catalogue and certification schedule.
It is a poor fit for players who want simple line wins, slow bankroll movement or a low-maintenance bonus hunt. The title is high volatility, the base values are lean, and the best outcomes depend on blockers, Atom symbols, Syringes and coin respins lining up together.
