Wild Depths

The playing field of Wild Depths therefore consists of 5 reels and 4 rows and contains 40 static paylines. This means that you only have to choose the amount of your bet per round and press the play button to play, the computer will take care of the rest.
Just like in any other slot game, in Wild Depths you have to make sure you make the right combination to be inundated with prizes. If you land at least 3 symbols that are the same next to each other on a payline, you have a winning combination. Counting starts on the far left reel and only goes from left to right.
As soon as you start the slot you can play immediately. Wild Depths has a standard bet of $2. Adjust this if you want this amount higher or lower. Just like in other Pragmatic Play slots, you do this with the buttons below the playing field.
There are 13 different symbols in Wild Depths. These are divided into 6 high value symbols, 5 low value symbols and 2 special effect symbols. The latter two play a major role in the features of the slot machine.

The first special symbol we encountered was the Wild. Just like in just about any other slot machine, this one is a symbol that can replace all paying symbols in the playing field, increasing the chance of landing a winning combination.
In Wild Depths, however, the Wild goes one step further. By default, the Wild brings with it a multiplier of x2. The Wild only lands on reels 2 to 4 and floats up one space with every spin like a real bubble. This continues until the bubble has floated all the way up and disappears from your playing field.
When you manage to involve 2 or more Wilds in a winning combination, the multipliers of all Wilds are multiplied together before the winning amount is paid out.

The other special symbol in Wild Depths is a Scatter symbol. If 3 or more land at the same time, you trigger the Free Spins. How many Free Spins you earn depends on the number of Scatters that land. At 3 Scatters you get 6 Free Spins, at 4 you get 9 and at 5 you earn 12 Free Spins.
This Scatter can land anywhere in the field and will also give you an instant prize of 2x, 15x or 100x your stake, again depending on how many symbols land. You can earn 5 extra Free Spins when 3 or more Scatters land on the field simultaneously during the feature. As far as we found there is no limit to this, so with a bit of luck this feature can continue for a while.
If a Wild lands during the feature, it triggers a Respin. Furthermore, the Wild has the same properties as in the base game, so here too the bubble floats up 1 place every spin. With every Respin, the multiplier increases by 1. When no more Wild is involved in a winning combination, you go back to the Free Spins and reset the multiplier back to 1x your stake.
