World Eaters

Instead of a typical grid slot with standard cascades, World Eaters brings back the unusual collection-based mechanic where characters, known as Collectors, “slurp” symbols directly from the grid. This time, the action shifts outdoors across five distinct biomes, including a coastline, desert, snowfield, forest, and volcanic landscape. As players unlock new worlds, the visuals evolve, providing a sense of adventure and progression that many slots lack.

The game is played on a grid that expands as players progress deeper into the worlds and unlock additional features. The rotating Collectors at the top are not merely cosmetic; they actively collect symbols of specific colours, guiding both the action and the payouts. These Collectors create a constant sense of motion and keep gameplay fluid, making every sequence feel dynamic. It quickly becomes apparent that World Eaters aims to be more than a reskinned version of Slurpy, offering broader mechanics, greater complexity, and a more ambitious feature set.

World Eaters begins with a 5x5 grid, where wins and collected symbols cause empty spaces that are refilled from below. As players unlock new worlds and features, previously locked rows and areas of the grid open, expanding the play area. Stake selection ranges from 0.20 to 100, and progress in unlocking worlds is tied to the chosen bet level. The volatility lands in the medium range, and the RTP is 94%, which is relatively modest for modern slots and may not appeal to players who prefer a higher theoretical return.

Each round features two Collectors positioned above the grid. They automatically collect symbols matching their colour or any feature symbol with a clear path to the top. When symbols are collected, gaps form, other symbols slide upward, and a new Collector replaces the leftmost one. This rotation continues as long as collections and wins occur. Pay symbols appear singly or stacked, with values ranging from 0.05x to 0.2x depending on colour.

Global Multiplier

A persistent global multiplier applies to all wins during a round. It starts at x1 and resets between spins. Multiplier wild symbols both substitute and increase the global multiplier. When part of a winning combination, they contribute their value to the multiplier, creating opportunities for compounding payouts.

Coins and Piggy Bank

Coins are valuable symbols that pay their displayed value, multiplied by the global multiplier, when collected. If symbols remain uncollected and no more wins occur, the Piggy Bank collects them automatically. Each time this happens, the Piggy Bank may explode, triggering a Coin Row Drop that fills the bottom row with coins and the rest of the grid with matching symbols. The Piggy Bank's state is saved per bet, adding an element of long-term progression.

Grey Houses

Grey Houses act as blockers, but when adjacent to a winning symbol, they transform into a matching pay symbol. This mechanic can quickly shift the grid in the player's favour, especially when paired with features that reshuffle or expand symbol clusters.

World Eaters includes five major world feature symbols that unlock progressively. Each feature adds depth and variety to the gameplay loop.

• Whale Symbol: Removes itself and all matching pay symbols on its reel when neither Collector can collect.
• Pipe Symbol: Triggers when accessible to the top row, allowing a Collector to scoop up all matching symbols below the lower boundary.
• Firework Symbol: When present alongside a Grey House, all Grey Houses convert into multiplier wilds.
• Tree Symbol: Appears next to empty spaces and fills clusters with Forest symbols that later reveal pay symbols or multiplier wilds.
• Volcano Symbol: A powerful wild that triggers an eruption when no more actions can be made. The paired Collector destroys all symbols that do not match its type, repeatedly refilling the grid with stacked matching symbols until no more appear.

These features unlock in stages by triggering Whales, then Pipes, then Fireworks, then Trees, and finally Volcanoes. Progression is saved at the bet level, encouraging long-term play.

The free spins bonus triggers when three scatters land, awarding three Super Drops on an expanded 7x7 grid. During free spins, world features do not appear. Instead, stacked symbols dominate the grid, and a UFO feature can land. When activated, the UFO replaces the Collectors with the Ultra Beast, which clears the grid entirely and pays for all visible symbols. This can repeat multiple times within a single spin. Extra scatters award additional free spins, and Ultra Bonus spins do not reduce the spin count.
