magicred.ca wont pay me

Hello i have been trying to cahout on magicred.ca since may 9th its now may 30th and still nothing they keep telling me that my bank is rejecting the payments and they tell me to re cashout and wait 1 week and cancel it again with the same excuses but they are strait up lying because the only cashout option the casino offers is interac e-transfers that only require a players email address there is no banks involved in receiving the e-transfer ..they blocked me on live chat the first day i joined on may 9th because i caught them in a lie i tried messaging them everyday in live chat without a response for 21 days then like magic my login timed out this time and i clicked live chat and put in a different name and email address and bam they answered me in less than 1 second
hello again i just wanted to also say that i contacted the AGCO about the complaint and they told me there is nothing they can do for 90 days i kept emailing the AGCO and begging them to help me but still no help even tho i pointed out to them that thier website says Why Play on a Regulated Site?
