Has anyone else had issues with playojo I can't be the only one... They callously and blatantly don't give a f*** about dealing with any patron or customer query. I've used their casino for over a year now and the best advice I can honestly give anyone is to stay far far away don't risk your money at play Ojo casino. I have so many documented instances of borderline cheating and manipulation just sickening. I've been patient and waited for responses and outcomes from me bringing it to the attention of the customer support staff with documented and screenshotted proof only to be laughed at ignored and made to feel like they're just waiting for me to give up and go away. I understand the inherent risk and gambling and I'm not here arguing that I should have won. I'm here arguing the fact that they don't even give you a chance to win. They manage to manipulate the feed to my device immediately after placing my wager not allowing me to continue in the process of the game to be part of the game or to watch the game unfold. I could understand if it was a computer glitch and my device was frozen but it's not as the time and date counter still runs in the background behind the shaded screen like there's no break in the transmission of the signal. And then miraculously once the round is over and I have lost my money because I could not partake boom the signal comes back miraculously. Or what about the time the roulette dealer seeing that I had a sizable wager on a zero and immediately upon that ball hitting zero she reaches into the play field grabs the ball and sends it ringing around the roulette wheel again. That dealer did not deal the next round she was removed from the table by the pit Boss and Multiple people in the chat commented on it. I have screenshots of that all so I brought it to the attention of the customer service and complaint department only to have them say there's no if there's absolutely no record of that happening and then my accusations are unfounded and unprecedented and without proof even though I offer proof. Or what about the time when I was playing blackjack down to my last little bit of money so I bet all of what was left. I stand on 19 I watched the dealer making obvious eye contact with somebody off the screen and chuckling to himself and then all of a sudden the screen goes black and then comes back on several moments later and the dealers moving his hands back towards him from the area of the shoe. He returns his hand to the shoe takes his card and miraculously has 21. I voice my concern and complaint in the chat as did several other people which is all documented and they kicked me off the table because I have no more money to bet with. This is not a despite this is not out of revenge it is simply to warn all the other people who expect a fair gambling experience when they play online. Don't and I repeat don't go to play Ojo if that's what you expect.
