Hello, I won a total of $3004 playing Sweet Bonanza yesterday (July 28th) and began to attempt to withdrawal my winnings in $500 increments as stated in the casinos policy - max $500 per request, max $1500 per day. All seemed to be going smoothly until I received an email from the KYC financial department stating I am unable to withdraw my winnings as I used bonus funds, resulting in the KYC cancelling my total $1500 withdrawal request and taking $2729 from my account. Leaving me with $275 to withdraw. This is extremely disappointing as I completed wagering the bonus amount required, despite it being really high. This money was mine that I won successfully and now it has been taken from me. This online casino is a scam. I contacted support and they refuse to give me my winnings.

On my original deposit, I received a deposit bonus which was credited in bonus funds. I ended up winning using these bonus funds and understood I needed to complete the wagering requirement before these funds would be converted to actual money in my account. I completed the wagering requirement accordingly and a total of $3004 in my account showed as “withdrawal able”. Early this morning, I received an email from KYC iWildCasino stating that according to section 1.4, one can only payout 5x the bonus, regardless of the actual winnings. Therefore, I could only withdraw $275 $55x5). The rest of the money was just taken from my account by the casino! $2729 of winnings were simply deleted from my account, even though it was previously designated as real money. Now, when I inquire, they keep referencing the section 1.4 from the bonus, which restricts payout to only x5. When I requested withdrawal my winnings were advertised as real money, the bonus period had ended and they still allowed me to keep playing. Can someone please help me get this money? I am so disappointed.

I will attach the account history below. It shows I had “real playing money” in my account at exactly 00:15:34am on July 28th, 2024, then I placed one $7.50 bet using this real money and all of a sudden it was converted to bonus balance at 00:15:32am 2 seconds later? This just doesn’t make any sense to me. I was not notified of these terms and don’t see a reason why it would be converted back to bonus balance without my knowledge. I’m really hoping you can help me.

I contacted a representative of the casino, they said they would watch. Until the casino pays you the winnings, it will be blacklisted. https://casinosincanada.com/casinos/iwild-casino/

I really appreciate you looking into this for me. Thank you very much. So from what you can see, I will be receiving the full winnings?

Hi, the representative of this casino should reply soon. He'll be waiting. If you do not receive a win, the casino will remain on the blacklist. Let's hope that the money will be paid to you.

Dear MikeCollins, Summerowls1903 The player deposited 50 CAD and received a bonus balance of 55 CAD. After unsuccessful wagering of the deposit, the player began using the bonus funds. With the 55 CAD, the player won 3,088.84 CAD. There was no automatic deduction of excess funds; therefore, our KYC department manually deducted 2,729.11 CAD. According to our bonus rules, as specified in our terms and conditions (Section 1.4), all winnings obtained while wagering the bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of five times the bonus granted. 55 CAD x5 = 275 CAD. Thank you for your transparency throughout these proceedings. Respectfully, iWild Casino

From what I understand I did successfully complete the wagering requirements. I made sure to keep playing to meet the wager requirements before requesting a withdrawal. I don’t understand this.

Dear MikeCollins, Summerowls1903 Yes, you have fulfilled the requirements of the wager for the bonus, which is why the funds were transferred to your real balance. Subsequently, those funds were deducted in accordance with our bonus policy, as outlined on our website. 1.4 All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal. In your case, the amount available for withdrawal is 55 CAD x5 = 275 CAD. Thank you for your transparency throughout these proceedings. Respectfully, iWild Casino

So even though the funds of over $3000 showed as real money, after completing the wagering requirements, and I was able to keep playing with no warning of this bonus policy. No matter what I would have won, I would have only been able to withdraw $275? This seems so suspicious to me as an online casino. I have never ran into this issue before at any other online casino I have played. I will no longer use your site as this is extremely disappointing and unfair to your users.

And please tell me how you warn the player about the maximum win if the player takes the bonus. Thanks!
