I played almost one mounth ago on OnlyWin Casino the game Versailles Gold and i won the jackpot cards. I entered on the jackpot i choose the cards and first two cards was red hearth and i choose the third was also red heart but before to get my money (jackpot was arround 1900 euro) i receive an error and they say “return to mainpage” . I return to main page and when i entered again in the game was nothing . The money was lost , i wrote directly to the costumer service to check the bet faster to see what happening and they say they send a request to game provider and they will solve my problem and now it s almost one mounth fr om the request and nobody answer and when i go to the chat they say “the game provider is reaponsible for all the delays and they need more time “ . And they also canceled me 1480 euro withdrawals and they say I broke one rule . The rules was the maximum bet 5 euro with an active bonus but they didn’t send me any proof that I broke that rule !
