Hello, i would like to file a complaint against Kokobet. I am waiting for 9 months now for a refund. My refund request was in January. They then sent me the following email because they are not legal in my country and that they want to refund my deposits. The same day i recieved this email i sent them the documents. Since then they are telling me that they are working on my refund request and that it is already at their senior bank management. For 9 months now lol. Don‘t think someone can help me here but lets try maybe. Will be soon at court otherwise

Probably. I don‘t even care about their blacklist. But a promise definitely has to be fulfilled. Now 9 months later they aren‘t even reacting on mails anymore. Lets see if they will even answer me now after the complaint but doesn‘t seem so…
Still more of the reason for them to finally be blacklisted. Be careful next time, when you register with a casino, Costarica registration number is the red flag. It means run. Costarica allows registration of casinos as legal entities, but no licenses are given, they don't even have a license regulatory body, nothing. It means casinos can do as they please.
So kokobet why is there still no update? Tomorrow it is 9 months and you aren‘t answering my emails.
I have just noticed that it seems like kokobet isn‘t even a brand of bigbettypartners anymore. Its not listed anymore on their website. And i saw bigbettypartners answering on a previous complaint here. Yeah but of course they aren‘t answering the complaint. Already knew…

Hello, Julien! We contacted Kokobet, but unfortunately, they do not intend to close the complaint on their part or provide any explanation. We told them that if they do not provide an explanation, they will be added to the emergency list. If they do not respond by October 1, we will add them to the blacklist.

I have saw that they are already blacklisted. Thank you for that. Can i ask what they have answered last monday when they accepted the complaint? After this they haven‘t answered anymore or?

Our finance and technical teams are jointly investigating the root cause, and we are coordinating with our banking partners to resolve it.

This is casino from their other licensor, this issue is already known. They don‘t pay out high winnings if you are from restricted countries and they tell you they refund your deposits but don‘t do this

We believe that you have not resolved the complaint in any way and therefore you have been added to the blacklist.You can pay the player his funds, and then we can close the complaint and remove you from the blacklist.
