Hello On 5th of september i won 1027 euro, i didnt use any bonus. I have sent them all the documents they asked for. On 8th of september it said approved on my page at Dolfwin Casino. Suddenly the amount was zero but no money has arrived. I have talked to my bank and they cant se that the money is on iys way. Now the casino says the withdrawel is pending and have said so for a week. They have stoped answering my emails and have closed my account for 30 days. I dont know what to do. Helgalena76
