need help. I won 20k last week on IntellectBet casino, and my profile was verified just by KYC. Not and then I verified my KYC, and I tried to pay out 1500 € to my bank, but it failed. They sent my money back, and I had to verify my account 1 more time.

I had the same issue with verifying and just waited a couple of hours, then it worked fine. Try refreshing or switching browsers—it helped me get through quicker.
