Absolutely terrible experience with Betty.com — feels like a complete scam. I signed up because they were advertising a promo: deposit $20 and get 100 free spins with no wagering requirements. Sounded straightforward. I deposited via Interac, used the free spins, and got my balance up to $26. I didn’t love the site, so I decided to withdraw my money — simple, right? Wrong. I tried multiple times to withdraw back to the same account I deposited from, and it just wouldn’t go through. So I contacted customer support and spoke with an agent named Yoan. I explained everything, and during the conversation I realized I had made a typo in my email when registering (info@bhevent.ca instead of info@bhevents.ca). I asked him to fix it. At first, he told me I needed to enable auto-deposit for the corrected email. It took me a while to figure it out, but I eventually did exactly what he asked. I went back to the chat, expecting the issue to finally be resolved — but that’s when the excuses started. Suddenly, the problem was that the account wasn’t under my name. I explained clearly that the account is in my wife’s name, but I have full access to it — and more importantly, they had no problem accepting my deposit in the first place. If that was against their rules, why was the deposit allowed? Instead of giving a real answer, Yoan just kept repeating the same scripted line over and over again. No help, no escalation, nothing. Just copy-paste responses. So I asked for a simple solution: refund my original $20 the same way I deposited it. He told me they can’t refund the transaction, which honestly sounds like complete nonsense. At that point, I gave up. I accepted losing the $20 — small price to learn that this platform is not trustworthy. If you’re thinking about using Betty.com, be very careful. Getting your money in is easy. Getting it back? That’s a whole different story. Save yourself the frustration and just stay away.
