No response from King Billy Casino for request to withdrawal money

Hello all, Recently I travelled from Canada to USA on vacation. - While in the USA I signed up and deposited $300 on Sept 2 to https://www.kingbillycasino.com. - On Sept 6 I returned to Canada and found this casino is not available. - I sent 2 emails to King Billy Casino explaining this and asked to withdrawal approx ~$290 - It seems they are ignoring my requests as it has been over a week with no response. I would appreciate help trying to get a response from King Billy Casino and ask them to send me ~$290 Thank you Michael
