Hi all! I am absolutely in shock and on the verge of tears because of what happened to me at AxeCasino . I have been playing at various online casinos for over 5 years and have never encountered such an attitude. Last month I took part in their promotion where they promised a 200% deposit bonus. I deposited $1000 expecting to receive an additional 2000 as a bonus. But the money never came! None at all! Neither bonus ones, nor my own! I wrote to support and they said that I did not meet the conditions of the promotion! I feel deceived and humiliated. It's just a nightmare! Please help me figure it out! What does this have to do with the promotion for my personal funds that have not been credited to my account??
