Hello. I'm having trouble withdrawing funds from Zoome Casino . For some reason my transaction was lost or delayed and I have not received my money in over 25 days. The total amount is 2450.5 CAD . I was usually told that the transaction would take 5 to 7 days, but the money never arrived in my account. I am attaching a screenshot of my withdrawal transaction which indicates that it was accepted. I also have confirmation from Zoome Casino that the money was sent, but I did not receive it. I have already contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they are not seeing any incoming transactions from Zoome into my account. It gets really annoying and I feel like I'm just being ignored. Can I count on your help in this matter?
