Hello. I will try to describe everything clearly. In the spring I registered with TurboVegas . My account has been fully verified. I made the first withdrawal of funds in the amount of 320, which was processed on 09/09, and the second in the amount of 1350, which was processed on 09/26. I did not receive either payment so I contacted my bank and they informed me that both payments were automatically rejected due to the fact that the withdrawal was in Euros and the account was opened in Canadian dollars. They said the money should be returned to the sender ( TurboVegas ) within a week. I contacted the casino, showed the correspondence, and provided them with another account for withdrawal. Today almost a month has passed and I still have not received my money. I am hope for your help.
