It has been almost a month that I have requested my payout. I have emailed and messaged several times. I have been promised an email follow up re: my withdrawal and nothing has happened. The first email to their finance department via the online operator was 3 weeks ago and they have not replied. I am still waiting for my money. I am getting no answers and am not getting my payout of over $300.
