Boomerang Bet in the Netherlands: Casino Instead of OnlyFans and Five Violations of the Law
The Dutch Association of Responsible Affiliates (KVA) has raised the alarm: an advertisement has surfaced on Facebook in which the operator Boomerang Bet encourages young people to "earn like adults" not through OnlyFans, but in online casinos.
According to KVA, such advertising violates all possible norms and even goes further. The association recorded five violations of the rules of the Kansspelautoriteit at once:
- Promotion of illegal gambling products
- Creating a false illusion of easy earnings through the game
- Misrepresentation of the odds of winning
- Direct targeting of young people, including potentially minors
- Lack of warnings about gambling risks
KVA has officially appealed to Meta with a demand to tighten moderation of advertising, especially those based on financial promises and the use of outright clickbait.
At the same time, the association did not understand that it had done even more casino PR and a small targeted advertising for the target audience – not comparable to the media mention on many news sites :)

JackiiePumpkin Well, the classic is that half of the gray bookmakers have such a scheme. The main thing is that they give money for sponsorship, and then at least the grass does not grow.

GodBJTTA Not exactly "when it wants". The provider releases a game with several RTP versions (e.g. 96%, 94%, 91%). And the casino, when it buys a slot for its site, chooses one of these versions. Therefore, in one casik, the slot can have a return of 96%, and in another – 91%. Always check the information about the slot before playing, this can usually be done by clicking on the "i" or "?" button inside the game itself.

YellowPikmin Yes, I remember the Avengers slot... I caught such drifts there. I still regret that I did not take a screenshot, now you can't prove it.
Hahaha, "let's go make money in the casino" sounds like a plan until you drain everything in 5 minutes
Everyone is indignant, and they quietly throw 20 euros into the slots every evening. Double standards, eh.
It's strange that such ads are moderated at all. My ads for children's toys were once banned "for breaking the rules"
I would also choose betting instead of streams of half-naked chicks, but, damn, not through such a scam.
In earnest???
So what, a normal business approach, where money is there and advertising, and let whiners pass by.
