The hotel itself is great, but the dining experience was extremely poor. Limited options, inconsistent quality, and unhelpful service made meals frustrating throughout the stay.
Travelled with Front Line Tours and had an excellent stay. The room was comfy and clean with a great bed and fridge. We enjoyed breakfast at Weir’s and tried the new restaurant Chow, both were great. The hot tub was relaxing, and we even won a bit on the slots. Lovely hotel overall with a beautiful interior.
We stayed partly for the pool, so it was disappointing to find it closed despite being told it would be open. That said, it’s nice to see improvements and more amenities reopening.
We received a complimentary stay and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The room was recently renovated, very comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, a great experience.
Overall experience was underwhelming. Casino lacked variety and energy. Food was forgettable.
