Red Shores at Summerside
We enjoy coming for shows and staying overnight, but the property is starting to show wear. Rooms need updates, and the lack of late-night food and entertainment options has taken away from the experience.

Our first visit was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and dining at St. Germain’s was excellent. Staff even helped quickly when our car battery died.

We returned after over 20 years and found the rooms generally well maintained, but clearly outdated. The pull-out couch was in very poor condition and not clean. The grounds and pool area were impressive, and the casino was fun, but some service issues and aging features stood out.

I was very disappointed with the level of service. Staff seemed disengaged, communication was lacking, and the overall experience felt below expectations.

Red Shores Casino
Red Shores Casino is stressful from the second you walk in. Definitely not my idea of a fun night out.

Red Shores Casino
Poker is not played here. On Fridays, a set number of locals show out to monopolise the one table all night long at their so-called "poker table." Also, when you ask to sit in the easy seats adjacent to the table after joining the waiting list, they inform you that you are not permitted to do so. So what purpose do the seats serve? Why was it excluded? Where did open viewing go?

Red Shores Casino
Although it's nice that an old train station has been transformed into a casino, the experience did not live up to the advertisements. The only table games open when I visited were blackjack, roulette, and three card poker; a few others were available but closed. Half of the games mentioned in the advertisements were also absent.
