I was looking for something spectacular with a new gleaming and sparkling casino downtown, but no such luck. I've gone to the Grand Villa several times, and almost every time, I'm disappointed in some way. The first time I went, it was really packed, with people pushing into me and treading on my toes, so I wanted to return before writing a review and have visited since.

This is unusual for a new company! There were holes in the flooring near our booth, and there was an old french fry in the corner of the booth edge up against the window. It looks that management is not there to ensure that the fundamentals are met.

It's very crowded in there. There isn't much room because it appears like they basically crammed as many games as possible in here. I know I was there before a game, but I believe security should be more present to prevent street people from asking for drinks while you play the slot machines. I could get rid of this guy, and there weren't many people around to even beg to get rid of him.

This casino has never impressed me. It's crowded, or should I say cramped. I haven't seen many people win large in the past. The design is ineffective.

This was my go-to casino, but I doubt I'll return very frequently now. I've always found the service to be slow and selective, but this time was the worst. Someone arrived 15 minutes later to repair the machine. I kept track of the time. I also turned on the row's service lights. A male attendant arrived and took my money. A female attendant also arrived. She was disrespectful when I wanted to speak with the supervisor. All I got from my boss were excuses about not having enough workers and how chaotic it was.
