We had a 4 night stay recently at this hotel. This was our first trip to Vancouver and thank God we chose this hotel. Firstly, the hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The pool and jacuzzi pool were average but acceptable. There is a 70 - foot water slide for children to play with. There is also a fitness gym, which is a plus. The best thing is the hotel, next to the skytrain station and below it was the bus station to all places around Vancouver. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Vancouver in the future.
I am a local who stays at the hotel occasionally. I myself am an approved place player, so much so that I had a PRIVE river mountain map (which means I spent a lot on games). I have a reservation for the first weekend in August for a suite. I had to go to the front desk (the hotel is located on the 3rd floor but sides) at about 11:30 pm Thursday night as my room key seems to have deactivated. The hotel had just had a shutdown (I don't know how long) and it was obvious that there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel.
