Support answered fast but the answer was basically “check the terms”. That doesn’t help when the terms have three different bits about withdrawals and bonuses. I got my question sorted eventually, but it wasnt a great first impression.

Mixed feelings on this one. game library is genuinely huge, found some nolimit titles i couldnt get anywhere else. support agents are polite enough on chat. but the cashout structure is rough and you can feel it. fine for grinding small wins, dont play here if youre looking for a big hit because the math just doesnt work in your favor when you do connect.
