KYC took way longer than they said. uploaded my docs day one, got the standard email saying 24-48h. it ended up being 6 days and i had to email them twice to get an update. once it cleared the actual withdrawal was fine but the verification stage was painful. also they kept asking for the same utility bill in different formats which felt like stalling.

Site is fine, telegram channel posts the new game drops which is alot more useful than email spam. Nothing here is mindblowing and nothing is broken either, just sits in the middle of the pack.
