What a let down. signed up because the ads made it look slick and the welcome looked alright. played for a couple weeks, had a good run on the slots and got up to about 580. tried to withdraw and THATS when the problems started, account suddenly needs verifying, fine, sent passport and a utility bill. then they come back saying the bill is too old, send another, then they want a selfie, then a bank statement. each reply takes 2-3 days so this has dragged on nearly a month. meanwhile the balance just sits there. I've read I'm not the only one this has happened to. don't let the polished look fool you, getting your own money out is like pulling teeth
