BTC withdrawal sat in pending for 4 days which makes zero sense, its blockchain not a bank transfer. When i asked on chat the agent just pasted the standard 24hr line again. Eventually came through but during that wait i kept playing and lost most of it back, which is exactly what you'd expect them to want
